About us

Forty-five years
in one valley.

Who we are

A family business, by every measure.

Sonoma County Pump & Well has been operating in Sonoma County for over 45 years. Fritz Lowe started SCP&W in 1980. With the help of his wife Bonnie Lowe and later his son, he built a family-run business that treats you like part of the family when you have a water emergency.

We’ve been involved with the California Groundwater Association for over 40 years, helping figure out how to conserve and protect the groundwater of Sonoma County. Every member of our team knows how important water is to life.

Family run

Two generations under one name — every job carries the family name with it.

Industry leadership

Bonnie Lowe

In Loving Memory

Bonnie helped found SCP&W in 1980 and faithfully managed the office for decades with unwavering dedication and care. In 2012, she was honored with the CGA Woman of the Year award in recognition of her commitment and impact on the industry. For so many customers, Bonnie was the calm, friendly voice on the other end of the line during their water emergencies — a steady and reassuring presence who became the heart of the business. Her legacy is forever ingrained in SCP&W and will continue to be felt through the people, values, and service she helped shape over the years.
